Change mailing address and other contact information
You may change your email address and phone number within online banking or visit one of our branches or contact a banker by phone or email.
To change a mailing address, we will need your signature. You may visit one of our branches or request an address-change form be emailed or mailed for your signature, then returned to the bank.
Ordering checks
To order additional checks, please visit or contact FNC Bank and provide the reorder form information attached in the back of your checkbook.
If you have previously re-ordered checks, you may log in to Harland Clarke official site to submit a re-order.
Report a lost or stolen debit card
For lost or stolen debit cards, please report this immediately so your card can be deactivated.
For customers that do not have online/mobile banking, contact FNC Bank at 715-246-6901 during our business hours. After hours, contact 1-800-515-5955 for Card Services – Select Option 4, then Option 2 to deactivate and report a card lost or stolen. Contact FNC Bank at 715-246-6901 or stop in at one of our locations during our business hours to receive a new debit card.
For online/mobile banking users, please follow these steps:
- Login to online or mobile banking.
- On the bottom of the Dashboard page, locate the Card Management section.
- Select the debit card you wish to report lost/stolen.
- Select “Report card lost/stolen”.
- Choose either the “My card is lost” or “My card was stolen” option, followed by “Report”.
- If you report your card as lost or stolen, this will deactivate your card. Any one-time or reoccurring transactions for that specific card will be blocked.
Contact FNC Bank at 715-246-6901 or stop in at one of our locations during our business hours to receive a new debit card.
Report fraudulent charges
Report fraud activity by visiting a branch or calling a Personal Banker.
Note: If you received a phone call/text/email from our fraud center, you will still need to contact one of our Personal Bankers.
Notify when traveling and using your debit card
Setting up travel notices for your debit cards can prevent your transactions from being flagged as suspicious activity, ensuring that your funds are accessible when you need them most. It also offers peace of mind by reducing the risk of your card being unexpectedly frozen while you're traveling.
For efficiency, you may set a travel notice within your online or mobile banking. Once logged in to online/mobile banking, click on your name/initials in the lower left corner of the screen, then select Settings/Personal Settings, then Travel Notices to add dates and destinations you'll be traveling to. If you do not have access to online or mobile banking, and are planning to travel out of the country, please contact FNC Bank to seamlessly use your cards.
Stop a payment
To stop a payment, please visit or call FNC Bank.

Expiring debit cards
You will automatically be mailed a new debit card the month before your card’s expiration date. Your debit card will remain active during the expiration month. Upon receiving your new debit card, you should immediately activate it, then destroy your old card.
Activate a new debit card
To activate a new debit card, call Card Services at 1-800-515-5955. Select Option 4, then Option 1.
You can also activate your card in online banking in the card management options.
Re-setting debit card PIN
To re-set your debit card PIN, call Card Services at 1-800-515-5955. Select Option 4, then Option 4.
You may also stop into a branch location.
Note: When re-setting your PIN at a branch, the PIN will activate overnight. If you change your PIN by calling Card Services, your PIN will be active immediately.

FNC Bank provides debit card customers with access to approximately 40,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide through the MoneyPass Network.
Wire money
For outgoing wires, please visit FNC Bank or contact a banker over the phone. If contacting by phone, the customer will receive a call back verification from FNC Bank’s accounting department on a recording line.

You may also initiate an ACH transfer by visiting or calling a branch. Note: ACH fees apply. Signature is required for ACH transfers.
Receive 1098 & 1099 electronically
To receive forms electronically, you’ll need to enroll in e-statements through online banking.
If you are enrolled in e-statements, but prefer to have your tax forms mailed to you, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your online banking
- In the lower left corner, click on the circle with your initials
- Select “Account Settings”
- Click on any account listed under the Accounts section
- At the bottom of the page there is a Documents section. Select “Advanced Settings”
- At the top of the page, click the second option from the left “Sign Up/Changes”
- You’ll see all accounts on this page. Click the grey drop-down arrows to the left of the account names and uncheck the tax form box. Any unchecked boxes will come in the form of a mail notice. Any checked boxes will come electronically.
- Make sure to press “Save Settings” at the bottom of the page.

Notary services
FNC Bank offers notary service at all branches for our customers. Please contact the branch prior to coming to ensure our branch notary is available.

FNC Bank has a variety of lockboxes available at each of our branch locations. Please contact a branch near you for pricing and availability.
Requirements to open a personal checking account
You can easily apply for a personal checking account online. However, if you prefer, we are happy to help you in person by visiting any of our FNC Bank branches. You will need to know/bring the following information:
- Full legal name
- Social Security Number
- Date of birth
- Valid government issued photo ID
- Secondary ID (Government issued ID, debit card with another institution, or piece of mail with a current address)
- Valid physical address
For additional methods of contact, we prefer to also collect a phone number and email address.
Requirements to open a business checking account
If you are interested in opening a business checking account, please visit any of our FNC Bank branches. You will need to know/bring the following information:
- Articles of Incorporation
- EIN number
List of beneficial owners over 25%. List of beneficial owners must include a photocopy of a valid Driver’s License or Passport and Social Security Number.
