Website: Visit www.fnc.bank, click “Login”, then click “Enroll Now”
App: Search “FNC Bank Mobile Banking” in your app store. Download the app, then click “First Time Here? Enroll Now”
Enter your Enrollment Information
Social Security Number (EIN/TIN also accepted), account number or loan number, email address, and phone number
Click “Get Started” to protect with 2-step verification (mandatory).
Enter your phone number to receive a verification code via call or text, then click “Next”
Choose the method to receive your code and click “Send code”
When you receive the verification code, enter the 6-digit code, then click “Verify” and “Done” NOTE: the verification code expires after 5 minutes
Review the End User License agreement, then click “Accept”
Create credentials (Username and Password)
Username Requirements:4-12 characters, at least 1 letter, cannot contain a space, and cannot be part of your password
Password Requirements: must be 8-25 characters and contain at least 1 number, 1 upper case letter, and 1 lower case letter. The following special characters are also allowed (optional): + _ % @ ! $ * ~ NOTE: Your credentials will work for both online and mobile banking
Complete enrollment
Website: Confirm Password, then click “Next” and you will return to the login page. Re-enter your username and password to log in.
App: Create 4-digit Passcode, reenter 4-digit passcode, then you are logged in. NOTE: During the enrollment process, you may be asked if you would like to set up biometrics (fingerprint or face ID). This is an optional feature.
