This popular mortgage option allows homeowners to choose the term that fits their goals and budget. Conventional loans are commonly used in refinancing, investment properties, or purchasing a primary or secondary home.
FNC Bank offers competitive rates, zero origination fees, and flexible loan term options including 10 year, 15 year, 20 year or 30 year*. Short on cash for a down payment? No problem! Our conventional loan allows you to pay as little as 3% down, and up to as much as you’re comfortable with. However, if you are able to apply a down payment of 20% or more, you can potentially lower your monthly cost by eliminating the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI).
